Phyllis Turner Jepson married Milton in 1965.  They have three adult children and five grandchildren.  Phyllis’connection with Pax Christi began in 1982 when she met John and Patricia Frank, co-founders of Pax Christi Florida.  In 1983, Phyllis co-founded Pax Christi Palm Beach.  In 1989, she joined the National Council of Pax Christi USA serving as the first Pax Christi Regional Representative on that body.  In 1996, she was hired as the first satellite staff person for the national office of Pax Christi USA.  As PCUSA Local/Regional Coordinator and later Director, Phyllis collaborated with PCUSA’s 300+ local groups around the country.  She also had the privilege of traveling from north to south and coast to coast as she, along with her husband, visited all twenty of Pax Christi USA’s Regional Sections.  During her travels, she was greatly inspired and deeply humbled by the many dedicated peacemakers she met.  During the last two years of Phyllis’ employment at the national office, she served as Program Director.  Currently, Phyllis is an active member of Pax Christi Palm Beach and serves on the council of Pax Christi Florida.  She developed and maintains Pax Christi Florida’s Web site and also prepares PCF’s monthly prayer-study-action e-newsletter.  Phyllis cherishes time with family and friends and enjoys working in her flower garden.  She also loves photography.
