We are pleased to announce that our new Pax Christi Florida coordinator is Michael Martin.
Michael was born and raised in Miami, Florida, a son of immigrants. He currently work as a communications professional, editor, and instructor in higher education.
He is a voracious reader, writer, and a Benedictine oblate to St Leo Abbey, father to Lucy, who is 4 years old, and husband to Annik.
Michael was drawn to Pax Christi Florida in search of like-hearted Catholics in the state working for peace with justice in the name of the nonviolent Jesus Christ: “I have been drinking from the wisdom of everyone who has been at this long before me, and as a state coordinator, I aim to use my skills in service to them and the cause of peace.”
